About

One Niche. One City.
One Job Done Right.

Houston Air Leads was built on a simple observation: the big HVAC franchises in this city pay six figures a year for customer acquisition — dedicated ad teams, agencies, call centers. The independent shop with three trucks and better reviews gets none of that. He gets word of mouth, a Google listing, and whatever's left over after the franchises buy up the search results.

That gap is the entire reason this company exists.

Facebook and Instagram are the one channel where a small Houston contractor can reach the same homeowners the franchises reach — at a fraction of the cost — because almost nobody in this trade is using it properly yet. Most agencies won't touch it either: it's easier to sell every business the same generic package than to master one channel for one trade in one city.

So that's what we do instead. HVAC only. Houston only. Meta only. No twelve-service menu, no rotating account managers, no six-month contracts. When you call, you get the person running your campaign — because the person running your campaign is the person who built this company.

I'm Zunair. I started Houston Air Leads because I'd rather be the best in the country at one specific thing than average at everything. If you run an independent HVAC shop in Houston, that one specific thing happens to be your growth.

Why HVAC only?

Because a generalist agency learns your industry on your dime. We already know the Houston HVAC customer — the summer emergency, the shoulder-season tune-up, the $6,000 replacement decision — and every campaign we build starts from that knowledge, not from a blank template.

Why Houston only?

Local knowledge is targeting. Knowing which neighborhoods run old systems, when the heat actually breaks, and what a homeowner in Katy expects versus one in the Heights — that's the difference between ads that convert and ads that burn budget.

Why Meta only?

Mastery beats menus. Google's auction is a bidding war every contractor is already losing money in. Meta is the channel your competitors haven't figured out — and being early is the whole advantage.

How We Do Business

Results before revenue

The written guarantee isn't a marketing gimmick — it's the incentive structure. Miss the promised lead count and we refund the difference, up to our whole fee. Skin in the game keeps us honest in a way no contract ever could.

Plain English, always

You'll never get a report you need a marketing degree to read. Five lines every Sunday: what came in, what it cost, what's working, what's getting cut, what changes Monday.

One contractor per area

We will never run ads for you and your competitor at the same time. Your territory is yours. That costs us revenue and buys you loyalty — a trade we'll make every time.

Your account, your assets

Campaigns run in your ad account, spend goes on your card, and every lead belongs to you. If we ever part ways, you keep everything. No hostage-taking, ever.

Actually Runs the Campaigns

Thirty minutes, your territory, your numbers. If it's a fit, the lead count goes in writing before a dollar moves.
