The lead standard

What counts.
What doesn’t.
In writing.

Most lead companies decide what “qualified” means after they have your money. Here is ours, published before you spend a dollar, and it is the same standard our system enforces automatically on every single submission.

Billable

Six conditions. All six, every time.

1

HomeownerThey confirmed they own the property. Renters and property managers are stopped at the first question and never enter the pool.

2

Inside your service areaThe zip code they entered falls within the territory on your order. Outside it, the lead is never routed to you.

3

Working phone numberValid, reachable US mobile or landline, format-checked and carrier-validated before delivery.

4

A specific HVAC requestThey selected an actual problem or job: not cooling, no heat, replacement quote, noise or leak, high bills, or tune-up.

5

Not a duplicateThe number has not been delivered to any contractor in the last 90 days. Checked automatically against our full delivery history.

6

Written consent on fileThey ticked an unticked-by-default TCPA consent box covering calls, texts, and automated dialing from us and our partnered contractors. Timestamp stored and available on request.

If one slips through

The 48-hour dispute

01

Flag it

Reply to the delivery message or hit the dispute link on the lead. One line is enough: number disconnected, wrong area, renter, duplicate.

02

We check it

Same business day. We pull the submission record, the consent timestamp, and the validation result and compare against the six criteria.

03

Credited back

If it fails any criterion, the lead is credited to your balance and replaced from live traffic. You are never asked to argue for it twice.

One honest limit: we do not credit leads because the homeowner did not answer, changed their mind, or chose another contractor. We guarantee the lead meets the standard when it is delivered, not what happens after. Response speed is the part that belongs to you.

A standard you can hold us to.

Published before you buy, enforced automatically, and disputed in one message.
