Effective August 2026. These terms govern the purchase and delivery of leads.
Houston Air Leads generates HVAC service leads through its own advertising and delivers them to purchasing contractors. We are a lead generation service. We are not a contractor, we do not perform HVAC work, and we are not party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.
Leads are sold in prepaid packs. Payment is due in full before delivery begins. Each pack carries a stated quantity, per-lead price, and delivery window that begins on the date campaigns go live for your service area.
A lead is billable and draws from your pack balance only when all six of the following are true: the person confirmed they are the homeowner; the zip code provided is within your agreed service area; the phone number is valid and reachable; a specific HVAC service was requested; the contact has not been delivered to any contractor within the previous 90 days; and written consent to be contacted was captured with a stored timestamp.
If a delivered lead fails any of the six criteria, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Verified failures are credited back to your balance and replaced. We do not credit leads on the basis that the homeowner did not answer, was unresponsive, changed their mind, declined a quote, or selected another contractor. We guarantee the lead meets the standard at the time of delivery, not the outcome of your sales process.
Any leads undelivered at the close of your delivery window are refunded at the per-lead price of the pack purchased. Delivered leads are not refundable except through the dispute process above.
Each lead is delivered to one contractor only and is never resold. Service-area exclusivity, where offered, is stated on your order.
You must hold and maintain any licenses and insurance required to perform HVAC work in Texas, contact leads in compliance with applicable law including the TCPA and Texas telemarketing rules, honor opt-out requests, and use delivered lead information solely to service the request. Reselling, redistributing, or adding delivered leads to unrelated marketing lists is prohibited and terminates the agreement without refund.
Our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question. We make no guarantee of booked jobs, revenue, close rates, or any business outcome. Lead volume and quality vary with market conditions, season, and demand.
There is no contract term, no minimum commitment, and no automatic renewal. Either party may decline further business at any time. Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
