What the program is
Houston Air Leads (Zunair Tariq, Houston, Texas) sends automated text alerts to HVAC contractor businesses that buy lead packs from us and opt in. Each alert tells the contractor that a new homeowner request was delivered to them: the homeowner's first name, ZIP code, problem, urgency, and callback number, plus how many leads are left in the pack. This program sends no marketing texts, and it never texts homeowners.
How contractors opt in
Contractors opt in in writing on the order form (Schedule A) of our Lead Purchase Agreement, which they sign electronically before their first lead. The text alert box is optional and unchecked by default. Contractors who leave it unchecked receive leads by email only. This is the opt-in exactly as it appears on the order form:
“Text lead alerts (optional). I agree to receive automated lead alert text messages from Houston Air Leads at the mobile number below, notifying me of new leads and pack status. Message frequency varies (typically one per lead delivered). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase; leads always arrive by email.”
We never ask for consent by text, and we do not buy, rent, or share phone lists.

How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any alert to cancel. You will get one confirmation text and nothing after that, and your leads keep arriving by email. Reply HELP for help, or email zunair@houstonairleads.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold, or rented to any third party. See our Privacy policy and Terms of service.
