Houston Air Leads ("we," "us") is a marketing agency based in Houston, Texas that provides Facebook and Instagram lead generation services for HVAC contractors. You can reach us anytime at zunair@houstonairleads.com.
When you book a call through our Calendly scheduler or submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your answers to our qualification questions (such as services offered, monthly job volume, and current marketing activity).
Our website also uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. that uses cookies and similar technologies to record that your browser visited our site. This helps us measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited us. The Pixel does not give us your name or contact details unless you submit them through a form.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services with you. That means calling, texting, or emailing you back, preparing for a scheduled call, and following up. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how our ads and website perform.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information stays with us.
Our operations use a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf: Calendly (call scheduling), Meta Platforms (advertising and lead forms), Netlify (website hosting), and Porkbun (email). Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their systems.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can also adjust how Meta uses your data for ads through your Facebook ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
We keep lead and contact information only as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us. If you want your information deleted, email zunair@houstonairleads.com and we'll remove it promptly.
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
